Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times:
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays or high-volume seasons.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Issues:
O.T.I. Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or lost/stolen packages. If you experience any issues, reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

International Shipping:
Currently, Blank Apparel does not offer international shipping. We hope to expand soon.
